This O’Reilly Concrete Prestressed Wall Project was completed in Dunleer, Co. Louth, a BAK Bulk warehousing facility for the storage of food stuffs.

The development consisted of 2 large warehouses, constructed using our prestressed panels.

These panels are made off-site, which means less tradesmen are required on-site, saving time and money. The installation of the second warehouse was completed in just 10 days.

We installed approx. 4,090m2 of 180mm prestressed concrete walls.

We supplied our lower carbon mix prestressed walls incorporating Ecocem GGBS. Around 68 tonnes of CO2 was saved when compared to using walls with no Ecosem GGBS. This is the equivalent of 1,707 trees growing for 10 years.
