The O’Reilly Group philosophy is that we are selling technology, not just concrete.
We have invested heavily in design software and in staff-training over recent years to ensure all projects are of the highest standards.
Our internal design team are made up of roughly 40 highly skilled detailers and engineers with a wealth of knowledge and experience. They have the skills to design, draw and detail production schedules for customers, which allows us to stand out from our competitors, as most other precast manufacturers do not complete their designs internally.
The software used for both 2D and 3D modelling and detailing includes Tekla, AutoCAD, FloorCAD and iThesis, and for finite element design and analysis, Sofistik and TEDDs is used. Our investment and training in this high quality design software ensures that we deliver maximum results of the highest quality.
With their combined years of knowledge, our internal design and technical teams can provide valued engineering input throughout the process to make sure the most efficient and cost-effective solution is applied. The team can provide everything from an initial 3D Model of the building, through to full element & connection design.
After approval of design, manufacturing of the structure begins offsite in our factory controlled environment. Once manufactured, the rapid build process of erecting the building begins on-site. We have a broad experience in high-profile, challenging projects. Using our proven engineering and project management skills to approach each assignment, our design team use problem-solving techniques to overcome any hurdles that they may be faced with.
At the earliest design stages of a project, we provide the highest quality technical service to our customers. Using our extensive industry experience, we work closely with our customers and their consultants in helping the progression of the designs. This problem solving method of working avoids the chance of potential problems or issues to arise that may affect the outcome of a project.
As all designs are completed by the team at our Head Office in Kingscourt, any adjustments that are required can be done quickly and efficiently to continue the project progression.
Our input at this early stage has helped our customers achieve the most effective design that generate cost savings, minimise construction schedules and ensure that their original concepts are translated into completed builds.
